RTL provides sequence data as full quadrants, half plates, and full plates which can be directly utilized in external software such as Qiime. Other smaller projects that are multiplexed may not be provided in a form directly applicable to Qiime and other such resources. There are two solutions. RTL can be contracted at an hourly rate to reformat data appropriately or customers may utilize our data formatting software to obtain files that can be utilized in such software.
